George M. Hill started guiding and coaching business executives and middle managers in 1954. Now in his 80s is still personally coaching and advising organizational leaders - but now they come to him at his home on the shore of Lake Erie. As an I/O psychologist, George was also deeply involved in the selection of organizational executives and managers.
